Booking a class
Book from the class page: choose a date and time, log in or create an account with your email, then pay the drop-in or use a session from your membership or pack.
Clients must register for a class on the day of the class with a minimum of 45 minutes prior to the start of the class.
In order to ensure that classes run smoothly and efficiently, we require clients to register for a class in advance with a minimum of 45 minutes prior to the start of the class. This allows us to adequately prepare for the class, including setting up the necessary equipment, arranging the room, and ensuring that there are enough instructors present. It also helps to minimize disruptions and delays, as we can plan for the number of attendees and make any necessary adjustments beforehand.
Cancelling a booking
You can cancel a booking from your members area up to [X] hours before the class. When you cancel in time, the session goes back on your membership or pack.

Memberships
Memberships renew monthly on the date you started. Sessions reset at the start of each period and do not roll over to the next one.
If a renewal payment fails, you have a 3-day grace period to update your payment details.
You can pause or cancel your membership from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period is not refunded.
Packs and combos
Packs and combos are one-time purchases with no renewal. Sessions stay on your account until used.

Payments and refunds
Thank you for your interest in our services. All of our payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been made, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances. This includes situations where the purchase is not used, partially used, or not available for any reason.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the services included in the purchase, we will work with you to find an alternative solution or provide a credit for a future purchase.
