Matos & Mora is a No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu program inside Glorious Killa Bodies in Deer Park. New students learn the fundamentals step by step in our Fundamentals classes, experienced grapplers sharpen their game in mixed-level classes, and everyone rolls together at open mat.
Programs
Classes for every level, from your first day on the mats to competition prep.
Fundamentals
Start here. Wednesday and Friday at 6:15 PM. The core positions, escapes and submissions of Jiu-Jitsu at a pace built for beginners. The best place to start if you have never trained before.
Mixed Levels
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 8:15 PM. Technique, drilling and live rounds for students of every level. Each class builds on the last so you keep improving.
No-Gi Training
All of our classes are No-Gi: grappling in a rash guard and shorts, no kimono needed. Fast-paced, practical and great for conditioning and self-defense.
Open Mat
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 PM. Unstructured time to drill what you learned in class and roll with training partners of all levels.
Founding Members
Membership is $135 per month. Our first 15 members lock in a founding rate of just $100 per month.
Private Lessons
One-on-one sessions with a coach, tailored to your goals. Ideal for fixing a specific problem in your game or preparing for a competition.
