About Our Step Class

Welcome to our vibrant and energetic step class!

If you’re looking for a fun and challenging workout that will get your heart pumping and your body moving, you’ve come to the right place.

Our step class is designed to provide a full-body workout that will help you improve your cardiovascular health, endurance, and strength. Using a step platform, we’ll guide you through a series of choreographed movements that will get your blood flowing and your muscles working.

Our class is led by experienced and enthusiastic instructors who are passionate about helping you achieve your fitness goals.

They’ll provide clear instructions and modifications to ensure that you can participate at your own level, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out.

Class Policy

Clients must register for a class on the day of the class with a minimum of 45 minutes prior to the start of the class.

In order to ensure that classes run smoothly and efficiently, we require clients to register for a class in advance with a minimum of 45 minutes prior to the start of the class.

This allows us to adequately prepare for the class, including setting up the necessary equipment, arranging the room, and ensuring that there are enough instructors present.

It also helps to minimize disruptions and delays, as we can plan for the number of attendees and make any necessary adjustments beforehand.
