Class Policy
Clients must register for a class on the day of the class with a minimum of 45 minutes prior to the start of the class. In order to ensure that classes run smoothly and efficiently, we require clients to register for a class in advance with a minimum of 45 minutes prior to the start of the class. This allows us to adequately prepare for the class, including setting up the necessary equipment, arranging the room, and ensuring that there are enough instructors present. It also helps to minimize disruptions and delays, as we can plan for the number of attendees and make any necessary adjustments beforehand.
PAYMENT POLICY
Thank you for your interest in our services. All of our payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been made, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances. This includes situations where the package is not used, partially used, or not available for any reason.  In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the services included in the package, we will work with you to find an alternative solution or provide a credit for a future purchase.
